The pull-to-refresh feature on the Today page is a way to sync your data with the Levels app easily.

By simply swiping down on your phone screen, Levels will automatically sync all of your data into the app, which includes:

• Health data from your Apple Health/Google Fit
• Glucose data from your Dexcom/Libre
