    Description: This task revolves around the outreach, coordination, scheduling of podcasts, and updating the ‣. This saves Tony lots of time and is able to focus on high-value tasks like video editing and production.

  3. (Content Metrics)

    Description: This ongoing task is about ensuring that all Content Metrics records are up-to-date.

  4. (Google Fit/Apple Health Report)

    Description: This one-time and then ongoing task is about making sure that all memos in the ‣ have complete information.

    Description: This ongoing task is about ensuring that copies/content are properly reviewed by assigned people.

  9. ‣ (Sending reminders to record intros)

    Description: This task involves checking the ‣ and sending Ben a Thread with a list of the recorded podcasts for the week that require an intro. This saves Tony's time by not sending out the reminders himself and having to worry about whether an episode has an intro or not.

    The DMs also serves as a reminder to Ben, as he sets deadlines for when the intros will be available. Overall, this task ensures a smooth flow of podcast production as it prevents a backlog of episodes waiting to have an intro.

    Description: This ongoing task is about ensuring that Monthly Investor Updates are sent on-time to the Investor Team.

    Description: This ongoing task is about monitoring Casey’s email inbox and updating an Excel spreadsheet accordingly with RSVP statuses, while synthesizing findings every week into a draft “weekly update” email.

    Description: This task is about editing podcast episodes using video assets. This task helps Levels increase their presence in social media such as TikTok, IG, & YouTube.

    Erwin, the assigned Athena EA for this task, was already familiar with video editing and Adobe Premiere Pro prior to taking on the task. So when Tony reached out to him and asked him if he knew how to edit videos, he said yes - and he began with editing the Friday Forum. From them, Tony started delegating other video editing tasks such as this.

    Category: Multimedia Creation

    Delegator: Tony Milio

    Description: This task is about creating vertical or horizontal derivative assets from podcast episodes and/or other video assets. This task helps Levels increase their presence in social media such as TikTok, IG, & YouTube.
