The Levels Metabolic Health Panel is a panel of blood tests related to your metabolic health with convenient in-home sample collection by a licensed phlebotomist. We believe this is the best way to measure the progress of one’s metabolic health and track the impact of lifestyle changes over time.

For $149, you’ll receive an in-home visit from a licensed phlebotomist and data about five key biomarkers:

• Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c)
• Fasting Insulin
• Triglycerides
• Apolipoprotein B (ApoB)
• Uric Acid

Step 1: Schedule your visit

We’ve partnered with Getlabs to bring in-home sample collection to our members.

• Select a day and time that fits your schedule
• The visit takes less than 10 minutes

We suggest scheduling an appointment for early in the day.

Step 2: Fast and get your blood sample taken at home

• The phlebotomist will be in touch with you on the day of your sample collection
• Fast for at least 12 hours prior to the test
  • You can drink water and black coffee/tea before the test, but try to avoid food or drinks with calories

Step 3: View results in the Levels app

Within a few days, you’ll get a notification from Levels that your results are ready to view in the app. They will appear in the “My Data” tab alongside recommendations from our Medical Advisors.
