Highlights
🛫 Liftoff Update
For the last few months we have been working towards a set of milestones under the banner of “Liftoff” to transition Levels from a closed beta to general availability. Central to this effort was kicking off our ‣ Study, partnering with Dexcom to bring the Dexcom G6 CGM hardware to our members, and uncapping the number of new members we can welcome to Levels each month.
During June we made substantial progress and have now… Lifted off!

We launched the study in mid June and began inviting existing members to become our first study participants and transition their subscriptions to Dexcom CGMs. Offered for the same $199 per shipment as the Libre, the Dexcom G6 allows members to stream their glucose data passively from the CGM to their device over bluetooth. This gives Levels members an almost entirely one-app experience and allows them to review their data without tapping their phone to the sensor.

To support the research study and new Dexcom integration, we launched a new purchase flow for new members, including sensor selection, eligibility criteria, and research study consent forms.

We began inviting waitlist members to join Levels. We will continue rolling out invites over the coming month.

In July we plan to open up General Availability, allowing anyone visiting our website or mobile app to join Levels without an invite code and participate in the research study.

We are excited to finally uncap Levels growth potential with a scalable hardware partner. We look forward to sharing more good news next month.
People & Team
New Hires
We added two new hires in June, bringing the total fulltime headcount to 53 team members.
Jason Shu (LinkedIn) joined as Head of Data and Analytics, and Azure Grant (CV) joined as Research Design Lead.
Jason brings a ton of experience building/scaling teams who effectively lead data science strategy and implementation, and has spent a lot of time thinking deeply about organizational systems thinking.
