tl;dr

Early-stage, a16z-backed bio-wearables startup hiring a Community Manager to take on the responsibilities of building out Community at Levels.

Community is one of the key pillars for Growth at Levels, and creating an engaged community is one of our company goals in building a Movement – the cross section of a cult brand and community.

The Community Manager will be a generalist who has experience in different aspects of Growth & Community building. Specifically, engaging with people, running experiments, and executing existing community initiatives – such as book clubs, swag giveaways, and Member meetups.

As of October 25, 2021, Levels has an engaged community of more than 15,000 people that have been through our private beta, and 150,000+ people on our waitlist to use the product, once we launch to the public.

US-timezones, please — around GMT-5 / GMT-8. Details about us, the role, and interview process are below.

Who we are

**Levels** is an early-stage startup working to solve the metabolic health crisis. We're doing so by empowering individuals with continuous data about their glucose levels. Through Levels, people gain insight about the ways in which they can improve their metabolic health by optimizing diet and exercise.
