👋 Welcome to Levels! Research is a big part of our mission. We are constantly learning more about the science of metabolism and how we can improve the health of our shared communities. One way we do this is by learning from each of our members. With thousands of members now using Levels, there is a lot to learn!

We've designed an observational research study to make participation simple and easy. As members use Levels to achieve their health and wellness goals we seamlessly collect the learnings in one place so our clinical and research teams as well as world class researchers can identify patterns in the ways that food, exercise and other lifestyle factors affect blood sugar across large groups of people. This is the first time anything like this has been done and we're excited about what we can learn together. When making data available to researchers we will remove information that directly identifies you such as name, address and email to protect your privacy.

The results of this ongoing study will help us to better understand patterns of glucose change in everyday life, with the eventual goal of improving the general health and well-being of people all over the world, including those living with pre-diabetes, cancer, heart disease, infertility, obesity, and many other conditions that are linked to blood sugar.

We hope you'll join us in this team effort to improve global health. Check out the links to get detailed, behind-the-scenes information about our research.
