We added three new hires in March, bringing total fulltime headcount to 47 team members. We also added some contractors on research efforts.
Dan Summers (LinkedIn) joins as Technical Operations Manager, and will be working to connect our research efforts with the core Levels business.
Galit Lukin (LinkedIn) & Stephen Bush (LinkedIn) joined our Engineering Team.
Galit was most recently at Datadog, and has a background in backend development and data science.
Stephen is primarily a frontend/mobile engineer, and has deep experience from time at MailChimp, Airbnb, and Plaid.

In March, we continued conversations on the remaining liftoff agreement details driving our approved IRB research study path.
Development and design efforts focused on starting the final e-commerce flows for Liftoff and releasing Now project, our new primary member experience focused on simplicity and understanding what to do next.
We released the first phase of Now to validate the new interaction model with members and iterated it based on early feedback.
We expect both Liftoff and Now projects to continue through the end of April.
